To be part of the Resident Photo Directory please attend the monthly Welcome Club Socials. Please check the DWO Calendar of Events for exact dates & times. They are all held at the Clubhouse.
This photo resident directory will be updated throughout the month by a sub-committee of the Welcome Club that has been approved by the Association. This select sub-committee only has access to this particular page of the community portal to update and edit resident contact information.
We are very excited to offer this opportunity to get in touch with your neighbors and connect the faces with the names. Our hope is the directory becomes complete with all residents who want to be a part of it.

Frequently Asked Questions
1. What if I’m not in the directory?
Answer: To be part of the Resident Photo Directory please attend the monthly Welcome Club Socials. Please check the DWO Calendar of Events for exact dates & times. They are all held at the Clubhouse.
2. What if I need to update my contact information or update my picture?
Answer: Please email any changes you would like to be made to your entry in the Photo Directory to the committee by sending an e-mail to the committee at janetfisher@me.com.
3. Can I upload my own picture?
Answer: No. The reason is the Association wants to keep consistency throughout the directory.
4. Can my ID Badge Photo be used for my picture in the Resident Photo Directory?
Answer: No. This a separate picture & is taken of all the residents living in your home. Four opportunities to become part of the directory are provided each month. The opportunities are the monthly Lifestyle Meet & Greets, the monthly Welcome Club Socials & the monthly HOA Update meetings. Please check the DWO Calendar of Events for exact dates & times. They are all held at the Clubhouse.
5. Do I have to have a picture?
Answer: No. Having a picture is optional.
6. I’m new to the community and would like to have my information in the Resident Directory, along with my picture. What do I do next?
Answer: To be part of the Resident Photo Directory please attend the monthly Welcome Club Socials. Please check the DWO Calendar of Events for exact dates & times. They are all held at the Clubhouse.
7. They made me sign a waiver, who preserves this waiver?
Answer: There will be a waiver for you to sign giving permission to only add your information to the Online Resident Photo Directory by The Welcome Club. This waiver is submitted to the Association and stored in your homeowner file.
