Community Manager

My name is Michelle Vitale and it is with great excitement that I have the opportunity to introduce myself as the new Community Manager for Access Residential Management at Del Webb Orlando.

Prior to joining Del Webb Orlando, I have spent several years in residential and commercial property management within the Central Florida Region. Throughout, I have acquired valuable experience and expertise in resident support services, accounting, operations, systems, finance, and architectural review for Baldwin Park Home Owners Association.  Baldwin Park is a 5500 home community located in Orlando, FL, which some of you may remember it was previously the old Naval Training Center which closed in 1995.

I am originally from Long Island, New York but shortly after I was born my family moved to Hammonton, New Jersey where my Father and Uncle ran the family fish market. We eventually followed extended family down to Apopka, Florida.  In 2009, I purchased my first home in East Orlando, where I have been ever since.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending quality time with my family and exploring my lifelong passion for the great outdoors. I recently took a vacation to the Outer Banks of North Carolina where I discovered kayaking which has become my new favorite activity. Also once you get to know me you will quickly find out my love for cooking! I am always looking for new goodies and meals to make, so please stop by and share your secret family recipes!

With all the upcoming lifestyle events, I am truly excited to meet as many of you as possible as we begin this new journey together.  I look forward to providing you with the highest quality of customer service that you have grown accustom to here at Del Webb Orlando. Although I have much settling in to do, I am confident with your support along with this great management team we will be able to achieve the extraordinary!
